Magnificent apartment complex in Finestrat, with views of the Benidorm skyline and the Mediterranean. The complex is located on a tiered plot, allowing for fantastic panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. Only a few minutes’ drive from the La Marina shopping centre, as well as Benidorm with its many entertainment venues, leisure activities, and spectacular beaches.
The complex comprises apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in different models: ground floor duplex apartment with a multipurpose basement and a garden; mid-floor apartment with large terrace; and penthouse duplex apartment with a private solarium. All models include a spacious open-plan lounge, with access to a terrace with sea views. All apartment have an en-suite master bedroom, as well as a storage unit and parking space in the communal parking areas.
The fabulous communal areas are designed on two stages, making use of the tiered terrain which allows for exceptional views. The lower level, located in the first phase of the project, includes a large swimming pool for adults and children, sun loungers, children´s playground, paddle/tennis court and large green areas.
The upper level, which will belong to the second phase, will have a heated indoor pool, gym and Finnish sauna, as well as another large outdoor pool, children´s playground, green areas and paddle/tennis court. The highlight of the entire complex will be the pedestrian bridge that connects the two communal areas, so that residents can easily access all the facilities, from one phase or the other.
The apartments include ducted A/C, integrated white goods, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, video intercom, a storage unit and a parking space in the communal parking areas.
FINESTRAT LOCATION
Finestrat and the seaside resort of Cala Finestrat are both located in the Marina Baixa region of the Costa Blanca, close to neighbouring Benidorm and about 40 kilometres from the city of Alicante and the international airport. The village is situated on the mountainside of Puig Campana and offers beautiful views of the mountains, the coast and the Mediterranean Sea.
The charming village has a typical Moorish atmosphere, with colorfully painted houses and narrow cobbled streets. Cala Finestrat, on the other hand, has become increasingly popular and its development has almost made it an extension of Benidorm itself.
Finestrat is the ideal place for anyone looking for a property near excellent golf courses, sports centres, spas, family attractions and transport services with a typical Mediterranean climate. With cool sea breezes in summer and protection by the surrounding mountains from the cold northern winds in winter. The area has an average of almost 3000 hours of sunshine per year and the average temperature is around 20 degrees.
You will have a wide choice of different amenities and attractions in the area. There are two 18 hole golf courses and there is also an 18 hole pitch and putt. There are two luxury hotel complexes in the area, Asia Gardens Hotel Thai Spa and the Meliá Villaitana Golf.
The Terra Mítica amusement park is a 5-minute drive away and 5 minutes in the other direction is a very large commercial park that has a train station that takes you on a scenic route to Alicante and the coastline all the way to Denia.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 200€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
Regarding the key handover we request you to contact us through email 2 weeks before departure. The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 85 kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit al 0.25€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give an explanation on site.
