The bedrooms with 1 x 2 and 2 x 1 sleeps are fitted with a built-in wardrobes and each has a private bathroom. Linen available, beach towels must be provided by yourself. Both the bedrooms and the living room/ kitchen are equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold.

GUARDAMAR DEL SEGURA
owes its very existence and livelihood to the dunes that have shaped it. Forests, dunes and beaches make this area a paradise on the Costa Blanca. Guardamar’s strategic position on a hill, made this place an ideal settlement for cultures that have inhabited this part of Spain over the centuries.

Located between Santa Pola and Torrevieja, approximately 45 minutes drive from the international airport of Alicante. The resort town has been developed directly on the beach. Inland towns and villages are easily accessible with the excellent local road network.

Guardamar is a developing tourist resort and is one of the most important on the Southern Costa Blanca. It is not yet as heavily commercialised as other tourist resorts on the Costa Blanca and therefore retains much of its typically Spanish charm. Guardamar has much to offer. Numerous fine restaurants, many specialising in local cuisine as well as the international variety.

Guardamar del Segura is renowned for its 12 kilometres of fine sand beaches, ideal for water sports, and the broad range of accommodation on offer, make this an important tourist town. The beaches of Guardamar are Los Tusales Beach which is for nude bathing, Los Viveros Beach, De la Babilònia Beach, Playa Centro, La Roqueta Beach, El Moncayo Beach, Playa del Campo and Les Ortigues Beach.

All the beaches are golden sandy beaches with sand dunes and are surrounded by pine, palm and eucalyptus trees. With the beaches being as long and as wide as they are they are never over crowded even during the summer months when Guardamar del Segura is at its busiest. Sun beds are available at all the beaches and they are cleaned on a daily basis. At Playa Centro and at Playa Roqueta you will also find water sports.

CLIMATE
​Guardamar is surrounded by two salt water lakes which form the Salinas de Guardamar. These salt water lakes are a national nature reserve and attract a large variety of bird-life. The concentrations of salt and warm temperatures give Guardamar what is known as a healthy micro climate recommended by doctors for various ailments such as respiratory and aching joints.

Throughout the year, Guardamar enjoys great weather conditions. In the summer, daily temperatures average over 30°C and even during winter, temperatures rarely drop below 15°C, making an apartment in Guardamar ideal for golfing holidays in the winter sun.

EXCURSIONS AND DAYS OUT
You can spend your whole holiday in Guardamar enjoying the beaches, restaurants and cafe lifestyle but if you want to explore the Costa Blanca then there are lots of short day trips outside of Guardamar that are worth seeing!
