The complex consists of four buildings, centered around well-maintained gardens with a spacious swimming pool and paddle court. Within the communal areas you will find an INDOOR SWIMMING POOL WITH JACCUZI which is heated to a constant temperature of 32º during the winter months.
The living room is furnished with air conditioning, central heating, IPTV - with all international channels and there is Fiber Optic internet.
There are 2 bedrooms with a built-in wardrobe with 1 x 2 + 2 x 1 sleeps and 2 bathrooms with shower facilities and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipment and kitchen materials. Towels and bed linen are provided in this property.
There is a south ( sun ) facing terrace/ garden of 40m2. At the front you will find a small patio area of 10m2 with shadow sides. You can park your car privately in the underground garage.

Playa del Albir is a popular place, part of the municipality of Alfaz del Pi, located between Benidorm and Altea. It is a privileged area, located on the Costa Blanca with a high quality of life, an excellent Mediterranean climate, a convenient connection to many destinations from Alicante airport ( 55 km ) where there are shops, schools, medical centers, etc.
The beautiful pebble beach is the center of many leisure activities and all kinds of services. The beach is very accessible. The sea is calm, with few waves. A few kilometers away is a sandy beach. Along the beach is the Paseo Marítimo, also called Paseo de las Estrellas, because famous actors have laid their footsteps here, while visiting the Film Festival, which takes place in L'Alfas del Pí every July.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 200€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
Regarding the key handover we request you to contact us through email 2 weeks before departure. The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 85 kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit al 0.25€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give an explanation on site.
